📢 Reminder for Families!

Please make sure your student’s FinalForms are always up to date—you don’t want to miss an important call! FinalForms is where we keep all essential student information, including contact details, medical information, transportation needs. Keeping this information current helps us communicate with you quickly and accurately when it matters most.

📅 FinalForms should be reviewed and updated anytime you have a change, and at the start of each school year beginning June 1.

🎒 Enrolling a kindergartener? Be sure to set up your FinalForms account before your student can begin school.

Thank you for helping us keep your student safe, informed, and ready for success!

Final Form Reminder

This is just a reminder: Galion City Schools is implementing several new student safety measures.
Beginning Monday, April 20, revised Board Policy 5514 will allow pedal-powered bicycles on campus only with a helmet and while staying on sidewalks. Students may drive if they have a valid license and a valid high school parking permit. E-bikes, scooters, e-scooters, and similar devices will no longer be permitted or stored on campus as of Monday, April 20.
On Tuesday, May 5, students in grades 3 through 8 will participate in a 45-minute Safe on the Move lesson focused on pedestrian, bike, and e-bike/e-scooter safety. This will become an annual lesson moving forward.
Also on May 5, free bike helmet fittings and free helmets will be available during lunch for students in grades 3 through 8 who need them.
These changes are designed to help keep kids safe.
