The Galion City Schools' back-to- school forms for the 2022-23 school year are now available in Final Forms.  Those families who rely on bus transportation are required to have the contact form and the transportation forms updated and signed by May 1, 2022.  Both forms are necessary for the transportation department to establish routes and plan for additional drivers if needed.  A link to Final Forms is always available on the main menu of the District website but can also be accessed at https://galion-oh.finalforms.com.
