Transcripts
A transcript is an official document that includes all the courses a student has completed during high school. (This is NOT a diploma)
Most colleges will require a transcript to be included during the application process
It includes personal information including:
G.P.A
Class Rank
List of courses and final grades and credits
Scholarship Transcript Release Form
This authorizes Galion High School counselors to include an official transcript with any scholarship application submitted through the GHS Guidance Office.
